Description:
Our client is seeking a talented Architect with 3–7 years of professional experience to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded designer with strong Revit skills who enjoys working through all phases of project delivery.
The successful candidate will contribute to residential, commercial, and development projects, including both new construction and renovation work. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing presentation materials, preparing construction documents, creating 3D models, coordinating with consultants, researching building codes and zoning requirements, assisting with permit submissions, attending client meetings, and supporting construction administration. This individual should be comfortable collaborating in a team environment while taking ownership of assigned project responsibilities.
Required:
- 3–7 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Ability to produce high-quality construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and zoning requirements
- Excellent design, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative studio environment
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.)
Salary:
$75,000 – $90,000
